Hungry Just Thinking About It – There's a good reason for the line that is always to the door. This stuff is good. It's authentic, flavorful, fresh, quick, and made to order. I love that they keep the menu concise; they're not spreading themselves too thin.

A++ The best restaurant in Utah! – My all time favorite restaurant! Great food.. Cafe Rio Salad is unmatched and the Tres Leches desert is incredible. The prices are fantastic, no tipping required, fun atmosphere! We go to Cafe Rio monthly.

I don't get all the hubub!! – I went to Cafe Rio with my sister, who absolutely raves about the place. I--like many fellow reviewers was let down. The food is bland. The "hot" salsa is mild. The atmosphere is as bland as the food. Try Barbacoa, or better yet, one of the taco venders down town who barely speak English. They'll give you a real taco.

Where's the Corona? – Always crowded, and the cafeteria style is absolutely terrible. The music they play, come on, its not a 50's diner, it's a wanna be authentic mexican restaurant but WHERE ARE THE MARGARITAS AND CORONA!!! This is a typical Utahan family scene, and for me I do not like kids all around when I eat!

YUK! Get a room – Food is nothing special. THe tacos are so bland. And have they ever heard of beer? and the people that attend this restaurant, annoying is all I have got to say! People under the age of 22 married all touchy while waiting in the long cafeteria line. i guess if you are a missionary this is the place to go.

Amazing & worth the wait – The food is absolutely amazing and they will change any menu item to fit your desires. It is often a long wait, but definitely worth it. Call in and order take out if possible.
