Cafe Picasso is a gem, the food is incredible as is the ambiance and the caliber of the service. The portions are always generous and dishes are so well put together that you know you're dining somewhere special once you eat there. The restaurant is cozy and romantic so it's perfect for all occasions. This place stands up to the finest of restaurants in the best of cities so definitely go, you just have to.
