great half price pasta nights! We love this place for the 1/2 price pasta nights on Mondays and Tuesdays. Service is not great those nights--the waiters seem stressed, but for the price and that it's a byo it's great!
Won't go there again... My girlfriend and I went for lunch. I am not big on Italian, she is. Lackluster food and service. What totally freaked us out was when we left and walked through the alleyway. I glanced over and saw one of the employees, possibly a waiter or a busboy, jumping up and down in the garbage dumpster packing down the trash. I wish I had a camera on my cell phone.
good italian food Well I haven't heard of such a poor experience there, so hopefully those were isolated incidents. I went there for their half price pasta nights on Mondays and Tuesdays. I've tried two pasta dishes, and both had good flavor. I enjoyed their gnocci, but the sauce was more soupy than thick, but still good. Worst Service EVER This restaurant by far has the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. My friend and I used to make a habit of meeting up there for dinner but after the past two experiences, we'll never go back. The last time we were there within 10 minutes of receiving our bill the owner was at our table asking us to please hurry up, pay and leave so they could use the table for new people. He didn't even care we still had full drinks that we were working on finishing, all he cared was about making the next buck.... read more
Last time they confirmed our order, then cancelled when we were already there. This time they confirmed our order but never made the food. Then said the manager was too busy to talk tonus until my husband got angry. He did nothing but tell us to complain to the app they force you to use. We eventually got our food. The container was open and it spilled all the way up our stairs, and broke through the bag onto out cream rug. Great experience if you eat there. DO NOT under any circumstances order takeout.
Went to Cafe Picasso 9/4 for a birthday celebration dinner with 3 of my friends. We made a reservation and arrived on time. Our meal was fabulous, as was our waitress. We were enjoying our wine when we were first approached by 2 men that worked at the restaurant, wearing rubber gloves and rubber aprons, asking if we were ready to have the table cleared. My wife ordered the Family Package for my birthday. The food was incredible. There was a ton of it. We have been dining at Cafe Picasso for years, Lorenzo and his staff always treats us like family. We are loyal customers and always will be.
