My son said my deviled eggs are better. We expected better food at such a nice hotel.
Google recommended Café at the Pfister since it was on my walking route to the art museum and I needed a quick bite to eat. This was a great recommendation and I so glad I tried it! Staff and service were friendly and attentive. I tried the Avocado Toast with a hard boiled egg (which comes with a side of fruit or potatoes I think) and the tomato soup with a chocolate croissant to go. Everything was delicious! I loved the menu for breakfast and lunch and would definitely come back to try more dishes.
I was worried we were in the wrong place because of how fancy it is! But no, the prices online are the same in person. For city prices, its not bad at all, but we were disappointed in the pastries (not warmed up, dry), and there was so little bacon in our omelet. The service by Sarah was phenomenal, she did an excellent job.
