Food and service was good. But on our bill they overcharged us. Just look at your bill before you pay. Menu reads one price but they charge you different
I was planning on going there this weekend but not anymore! A present waiter informed me about their rat infestation problem also the back help are told not to worry about the cleanliness of the plates and salsa/guacamole dishes because the new food will cover the old. This employee is not disgruntled just for my safety advised me not to eat there. Now I wonder about the other restaurants on the Riverwalk!!
I hate that I have to even give it a start. Worst place to take your family out to eat food was cold there was no silverware we looked at each other for 15 min wondering who was our waitress no one acknowledged us the girls at the front ZERO friendly we wonder for 10 minutes if we were going to be seated we waited almost an hour for our food and it was cold SUPER EXPENSIVE! BAD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEM! NEVER EVER EVER GOING BACK I RATHER GO TO MCDONALD'S honestly and McDonalds is not even good so that's how bad it was
Omg, our bartenders were great !!! Sonia , mike and Homer were amazing!! Best peeps EVER!!! So friendly!!! Would definitely recommend this place!!!
Food was good, staff was nice.. for it being Mother’s Day we didn’t wait at all for a beautiful outdoor table with a river view
Food was ok but pricey for the quality and quantity but it is the Riverwalk. Actual table service was good but they got 3 of our orders completely wrong and they had to be taken back. We had also asked for some side items and they never came and ended up having to get a manager involved.
The food was great but the service needs help it took a while for some one to wait on us and she was not even waiting tables on the side we were on and b sure and check ur receipt charges I happened to look at ours before we paid and they charged us for a extra meal we told her to redo it and she kindly did but makes me wonder how many others have been overcharged always check your bill before u pay
