This is more than just a chiropractor. This is a space of community that will support you before pregnancy, during pregnancy, and postpartum with the most amazing chiropractors that all have so much knowledge on all things women’s bodies, babies, breastfeeding, and more. I’m so thankful for Dr. Steph’s office and the support my husband, baby, and I get through our weekly adjustments.
Dr. Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I‘ve never had as much relief after one session as I did with her. Highly recommend!
I am so happy I found this place. I started getting prenatal chiropractor care in my 2nd trimester- I had pretty significant pelvic pain throughout pregnancy. (Dr Kat and Dr Steph are my favorites there. All their doctors are great but I will always wait a little longer for Dr Kat or Steph). But the best thing about this place is their FREE breast feeding support every monday at 10am- I now have a 3 week old daughter and go to those support classes. I can’t say enough amazing things about cafe of life, Dr. Steph, Dr. Kat, and the entire team. I came here weekly from when I was 3 months pregnant to when I delivered. I had the worst tailbone and sciatic pain and they were the only reason I could get walk comfortably for 6 months. They are true professionals and incredible humans. Highly recommend for anyone expecting and just everyone in general
We have loved coming to cafe of life with our new born. Our first child has been a challenge in various ways and getting him adjusted as well as guidance for some of the obstacles we have faced has been key. We will continue to bring our boy here for anything in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
