Great service and great food I love this place!!! Come in and they're friendly and you have a great meal and you walk out feeling better than when you went in! :)
5th visit to Café Milano, so obviously we LOVE it! Donato, the chef and proprietor, hits a home run every time! Started dinner w a bottle of delightful, full-bodied cabernet. For app, the Spicy Olives are always a must for us. Also ordered the Caprese Salad which was the best, freshest, and most flavorful I've ever eaten! (Now, that's a 'must' for us, also) Spouse had Pizza Sicicciata (w very tasty sausage chunks) and I had Spaghetti Frutti del Mere. Both entrées were delicious! My wife and I relocated to Clearwater nearly 3 years ago and we were in search of a really good pizza for some time now. After our most recent trip to Italy, my wife was spoiled by the pizzas we had while travelling there. Once we returned, all of the other "pizza" places we had visited lost all appeal. Horrible experience last night. The food is way over-priced. 3 out of 4 customers in the restaurant left unhappy. The waitress seemed to be on the edge of tears. She didn't seem to know what she was doing. The cook was brand new. I am so glad I had a coupon because if I had to pay full-price for what my family ate last night, I would have been a very disappointed patron. Not what I was expecting and we will not be going back.
