My favorite hangout! Great coffee, friendly staff, I always meet nice people, both locals and visitors.

I miss the magical blend at charming Cafe Medley and I tell all my friends visiting Charleston to check it and Sullivan's Island out if they can! Good eats from good people!
What a great friendly local hangout. Oh did I mention the food and desserts are amazing.
The menu is unique and delicious along with their extensive selection of wines and other specialty beverages! You can enjoy anything from a morning coffee to a smoothie on a hot day or even a nice glass of wine to end the night! I love the cozy atmosphere and the owners are just about the coolest people you'll ever meet.
Just a great little spot for coffee, ice cream, or a sandwich and a glass of wine! Indulge! Just a lot of fun and the people hanging out there are laid back. Staff is superb.
I love this place and I miss it so bad.....my day started here for a few years before I went to work. One of a kind place run by some of the nicest folks on the planet !!
