RecommendedGreat food. Nice service but not somewhere you should go for a quick bite. When you have one of the better restaurants in a very small town, it is very popular, tough to get in, and always packed. I see that as a good thing except for when you’re in a hurry, but nonetheless I strongly recommend the food and service here! Corner tavern chicken is AS I REMEMBER THE ORIGINAL. YUM!!!
RecommendedMy husband and I were in town for reunion weekend. We had the two BEST meals at Cafe Max. You might have to wait a bit, but worth it.

Recommendedevery thing and watch out me and my wife was in there this morning and are son was crying and this lady started a fight with us and told us we need to move and we said no this is where are waitress put us and then the waitress and also said that kids drive her nuts when they get to crying but she has tolerate it sad that u get treated like that and they do nothing about so if u have a kid 15 months or younger im sorry
