Cafe Max is amazing! I love the way this place is set up, it's very comforting. Furthermore, I know that they support the community because they recently made a donation to Tellerpalooza! LOVE!
If you think Max wants to hang children's art in his high-end modern cafe, you could not be more wrong. His decision is not to spite you or your children, it's to maintain the vibe he has to wonderfully executed. Amateur art would severely detract from that, and from children especially. Maybe Udi's would love to hang your kids' art? Or another business. In addition, if even after one visit you failed to recognize the gorgeous decor and presentation in Cafe Max has high art, then you are clearly missing the point anyway.
Cyber Bullying -- what are you people teaching your children?!
Not much, since they're clearly not feeling the congress park community vibe which means supporting amazing local schools like Teller Elementary. Definitely not going to see any of my business in any of my future visits to Denver. As a former Denver resident and Teller Elementary parent, I'm shocked cafe max isn't interested in supporting Teller Elementary's annual art show by simply agreeing to hang student artwork in their space. Very disappointing indeed. :-(
Went there last night and had their tomato soup and it was amazing! The owners are very nice. Great place to get coffee/ tea and dessert!
