The lattes are barely warm, but the folks seem nice enough.

Hi, Tamara. Thanks for the visit. I'm sorry you found the lattes only "barely warm." We are very careful about the temperature to which we steam our milk. Dairy milk is sweetest between 135 and 145 degrees -- the complex carbohydrate lactose breaks down into sweeter tasting glucose and galactose (that's real, I promise!) when dairy milk is heated. Above 150 degrees, those sweeter carbohydrates break down further and milk begins to take on a scalded, less sweet flavor. Some customers are taken by surprise with the temperature... read more
Prices are too high
Great mocha, great service, great atmosphere! I definitely will be going again.
I used to be a regular but now I'll only go to Belgrade Café M. I don't know what happened but poorer customer service/friendliness, slow, and the drink I got today was luke warm. I'm frustrated, I like giving my money to local businesses but not when the service is better with a chain.

Honestly I usually don't go to M cafe I have places I prefer but have to admit their pumpkin spice latte is better than any other coffee shop around!
Hands down the best coffee in Bozeman. (Coffee is pretty terrible in this town)
I'm at Cafe M at least twice a week without fail, and lately, I've chosen this venue for work and study 3-4 days a week. Great coffee and overall espresso options are dynamic and tasteful. Also, my husband and I love the in-house made pastries!!! I would have given a 5 start review except for the few instances when the staff working as cashier or taking orders had an attitude and made some rude sarcastic comments that were totally uncalled for. Great interior and location, but my vanilla americano is so sweet I can't even drink it. Lesson learned: when visiting new coffee shop, always taste before leaving.
