Sit down and order rather than getting takeout. The beignets suffer greatly when placed in a paper bag. Your patience will be rewarded!

It is a touristy place. The beignets are awesome but that is it. The menu is really limited and make sure you have some cash on you. This place is cash only
As a local, I always laugh my a$$ off when I see tourists lined up for hours waiting to drink this mud and eat this pure sugar. Lordy, open your eyes and walk down the street a little.
If you want to eat at a table just sit down and a waiter will come to you. Don't stand in the long line. That is a rookie mistake if you want to eat in as this is take out only.
