Beignets and a coffee, it's pretty hard to screw that one up. Use the extra powdered sugar in your coffee. Cash only.
One word: beignet.
All I can say is mmmmmmmmm!!!!
FYI: you don't have to wait to be seated. Sit at an empty table and the waitress will clean it and take your order...
Note: if you want to get something take out, there is a much shorter, take out-only line on the right side of Cafe Du Monde.
Have the small plate of fig jam, nut bread and goat cheese it is so good
