If you want substandard product at a high cost... – I keep trying this place due to its convenience and my optimism for a truly Italian-esque experience. It's way over-priced and the products are "meh" at best. Half cup of pasty oatmeal (to go, it comes in a coffee cup) for $4.50, pastries also near $5 and sometimes like door stops, coffee that is expensive and not as gourmet or traditionally Italian as they advertise, and lukewarm personnel...meh. Go to Starbuck's, which, believe it or not, is a better deal.
