This was the best meal we have had on Marco Island. There was so much to choose from but we settled on the fresh catch which was Mahi and the snapper. But I had to try the prawns which is their signature dish and it was fabulous. I thought I was eating lobster. The service was excellent also. Do not miss this great restaurant!!!

Excellent food, service was on-point, and this is a hidden local gem. Our son isn't a big fish eater and he loved the Grouper and would go back. One of the best meals we had while on Marco Island. This place is a little expensive but then so is most of the Island. If you have friends going to the island this place is not to be missed.
Great food, exceptional service. Off the beaten path find, doesn't look like much from the outside and no liquor license (only beer/wine) but the food was worth the trip. It started storming as we were finishing up, pouring rain & our waiter walked me to my car door with an umbrella! I'll remember that when we return...great job!!

We had dinner here last night and it was one of the BEST meals I have ever had! The escargot is delicious and the lobster bisque is TO DIE FOR! 5 out of 6 of us had the fresh catch De Marco which was tripletail and it was incredible. So fresh, so delicious. My husband had the rack of lamb which never disappoints. And to top it all off, our service was impeccable. We love Cafe de Marco!!!
