Awesome food and service. Our favorite on the island
The food here is decadent and divine! You will feel like a special guest the moment you walk in the door. I have been going to this restaurant for as long as I can remember, and before I went as an adult my parents brought me here as a young adult. We have been coming to Marco Island for 26 years and have made it a point to have dinner once during our visit to the Island. We were unable to get accommodations on the Island this year and ended up in Naples. Tonight we made a special trip to Marco to dine at Cafe de Marco. Our favorite - the jumbo tiger prawns.
I cannot recommend this place enough, it is at another level compared to the places I usually eat. My girlfriend had Spawns and I had the Broiled Captains Platter. I am a beer guy, and there is a great selection of domestic and foreign beers. My girlfriend had an excellent glass of red wine. For dessert, it was (damn good) coffe, a canoli, and I had a piece of Key Lime Pie. The Key Lime Pie was a little to creamy for me, and could have had a little more lime taste.
