Does not respect children with special needs shame on your staff
Horrible employees with no b care for surfbird needs children! Won't be coming back ever!
This establishment does not treat people with empathy and kindness. They belittle those that may be different and need to have sensitivity training. It’s a shame because they have a good restaurant and if they put all people first could be a great establishment. I will not eat here again until I see some changes.
Treats people with autism terribly. Customer service is awful.
They hate kids with special needs
Your staff and management does not respect or accommodate children with disabilities. You will not be receiving my patronage and I will be sharing the story to all my friends on fb and in life. How dare you make a spectacle of a child’s disability? This poor mother and table of people.
Not family friendly restaurant. Not empathetic to children with disabilities. It’s sad that over a small situation of just allowing an Austistic child to order from the kids menu, you had to hurt/frustrate a whole family and not even apologize. Your speed of service was already horrible, why not just make the accommodation for them?
