How appalling that they would treat people with hidden disabilities so horribly. Never stepping foot in here and definitely telling everyone and anyone I know not to patronize this awfully run hovel of a restaurant.
The entire staff needs sensitivity training. To make the mother of a child with autism cry in front of other patrons for trying avert a meltdown by feeding her hungry child outside food, specifically because your service is abysmally slow, not only shows the callousness of the staff AND management, but their ignorance as well. I will not return to this business until a public statement has been made and special training has been implemented.
They mistreat people with disabilities and do not accommodate.
Can’t believe it’s 2019 and establishments like yours are still confused on mental disabilities. You guys need to shut down for a week, specifically for more in-depth training. Unacceptable. Will not be getting my business.
