A café inside a casino serving Filipino favorites. I ordered the crispy pata, caldereta, and kare-kare. The crispy pata definitely satisfied my craving—I hadn’t had one in almost two years! It was crispy, flavorful, and the highlight of the meal. The caldereta was a bit sweeter than I prefer, so it wasn’t my favorite. On the other hand, I really enjoyed the kare-kare. I don't know. I'm conflicted. Growing up, this would be the place to hang out late at night to get a good hearty meal after a night downtown. I went recently while I was in town and it wasn't nearly as good as it was back then. Service lacked quite a bit, I saw many employees huddle at the register talking to each other while a few tables near mine were trying to track down someone who can take their order after waiting for about 10 minutes. Filipino food tasted excellent, but any other cuisine was mediocre at best.
Came here late one night after a show in the city. They were able to seat us right away. Food is served pretty quickly. And it was really good. Recommend the fried rice, fried fish platter and halo halo. I’ll be back esp for halo. Be aware they have a one hour limit for sitting and eating
Food was decent but I was getting a lot of bad energy from the spirits in the area. Im kinda psychic bt dubs. Service was alright but the music almost gave me an autism attack. My autism lets me talk to ghosts. Good people. 👻
