⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had lunch at Cafe Colma and ordered the kare-kare, igado, sitsaron bulaklak, and halo-halo. We also got miki bihon to go. The kare-kare was one of my favorites. The peanut sauce was rich and flavorful and went really well with rice and bagoong. The igado had a savory, traditional Filipino flavor, while the sitsaron bulaklak was crispy and satisfying. A café inside a casino serving Filipino favorites. I ordered the crispy pata, caldereta, and kare-kare. The crispy pata definitely satisfied my craving—I hadn’t had one in almost two years! It was crispy, flavorful, and the highlight of the meal. The caldereta was a bit sweeter than I prefer, so it wasn’t my favorite. On the other hand, I really enjoyed the kare-kare.
