Customer service means everything if it's messed up I don't care how good your food is I will never support you period.
The food use to be good and anytime I was here from DE I would visit this spot. The wings have been so bad and so tiny my last 3 visits. The last time I had to get a refund as they were inedible. This time they are tiny as ever and definitely not worth the price. Parking is also a nightmare so unfortunately I won’t be back.
Last time I ordered from this place 2 times they gave spoiled shrimp salad. I called them and asked them to refund my money they stated the app will have too. I will come back with an update today I am going to order with them again and see are they still giving out spoiled shrimp salad. They got upset and cancelled my order well.you know you were wrong for given people spoiled shrimp salad if I smelled it you should of too. Placed an order on line, when I showed up the restaurant was closed. Nobody will answer the phone so that I can get a refund. This is extremely unprofessional
