Great Customer Service – I went to Cafe 14 on a late Friday night, as a going away dinner/drink get-together for my friend who was moving to New York. Although I had made reservations with Open Table for 10 p.m., I was worried that they wouldn't want to seat us if we were coming in that late, and if the restaurant wasn't full of diners. A wonderful dining experience! – We went to Cafe 14 this past Saturday night. It's like a little oasis tucked away in a mini-mall. Very cute - nice ambiance and adorable patio. It gets crowded on the weekend. We had a reservation and had to wait 15 minutes for our table, so they brought us complimentary frites - they are so delicious! The customer service was excellent. NOT kid-friendly! – Being our first time at this restaurant, we had no idea what the ambience was like. Suffice it to say, it is NOT a place to take kids. It would've been great if my husband and I were on a date but we had a party of 6 adults and 2 kids which was definitely not ideal.
