The service is slow and they don't prioritize orders, so my online order wasn't ready for almost 20 minutes after I got there. It's almost like they ignore the online orders until you make a fuss about having to sit there and wait for food you ordered almost an hour before

Good, fast service
Every time I visit this particular Zupas on Broadway, the restaurant is noticeably dirty. This issue does not seem to exist at other Zupas locations in the valley. Additionally, the staff could benefit from training to improve their customer service and communication skills.
Fresh food and fast service! Gabriela was so nice! I love their soups and salads, and the chocolate-dipped strawberry is a perfect bonus. Highly recommend Cafe Zupas.
