Everything was good until I seen staff checking someone's online order. She touch their food with her bare hand after touching Everything else behind the counter... even my child was shocked about how she just kept touching their food...
Restaurant is always clean and inviting. Waitresses are always friendly and attentive. But the head cook...terrible!! Sitting in the front of the restaurant and I can hear him loud and clear talk down to everyone around him. Wether it be about reading because it said 2 fries and not 1. Or telling the waitress how there is a dressing button when she clearly told him she pushed the wrong thing. Mistakes happen but to talk down to everyone around you where the customers can hear isn't the best look.
Went in today for lunch, ordered and when the food came it was wrong. When I informed the waitress she threw a fit and then continued her fit all the way back to the cooks window. Once she started yelling profanities we left, couldn’t tell you how the food is, never even took a bite.
My family and I went here for the first time today. We loved it, food was great prices are fair and service was great. This will be one of our go to coneys from now in!
