I’ve been coming here for over a year for inspections and any repairs my car needs, my experience has consistently been excellent. Cesar is very knowledgeable, reliable, and always works in a timely manner. I highly recommend this shop specifically if you’re looking for someone trustworthy.
We got a bad flat not far from here. Caesar got us right in to inspect it - unfortunately the damage was to the sidewall. He waited while we got a different set of tires and brought them over. The price was great for mounting and balancing 4 new tires. He is polite, professional, the prices are good and really helped us out in a tight spot.
My initial review reflects my real experience. Rather than questioning my perspective, it would be better to address the service issues I raised. It’s also hard not to notice that immediately after my review, several new glowing reviews appeared with quick owner responses. Hopefully those reviews are genuine, but the timing is certainly unusual (timing certainly raises eyebrows). My goal in leaving a review is simply to share an honest customer experience so others can make informed decisions.
For years I've been supported by Caesar and his team at the repair shop. He is experienced and knowledgeable, turns work fast and doesn't cut corners. His estimates are sharp and price is fair. The team are great mechanics, worthy of your consideration provided all the options available in the area.
