Billing/ accounting operator told me 2 times I was getting refunded for lab work I found out was not covered by insurance, though the operator that scheduled me said they take my Insurance. After calling because I didn't get it over 1 month. The same person I spoke with initially did not recall and said would not have done that. The I spoke with her Manager. I explained.. She advise she'd let me know. Since then no call, no email and I've also called and left messages 2 or 3 different days. No call back. Bad business.

Had a appointment and had my 2 small children(one is 3 years old with Autism and the other is 2 years old) with me. They were being very well behaved! Just walking back and forth in the lobby not being loud or anything. I was ask to try to keep them from making any noise and ask to step outside in July heat until I was called back! Needless to say I left and won’t be back. They are so rude!!! Found a new doctor and they welcomed my kids happily!

First visit went ok. Booked this appointment for my dad, who just moved in with me, from Savannah Ga. Just found out that in the Fayetteville office, he would never see a doctor, just a PA. Dr. James Oliviere only works out of the Riverdale office, and the other doctor in that office is not seeing any new medicare patients. Their website is deceiving. My dad is 86 and old school. I have been very impressed with Dr. Willie and her team. She really takes her time with you and cares about your whole well being. They offer a wide variety of services, and are very thorough.
