We have been trying to follow up with them regarding a shipping cost refund for over 60 days now, with no response to multiple emails and WhatsApp messages. This lack of communication has been very disappointing, especially given the expectations of professionalism and customer service. DON'T TRUST THEM

CAE is a dishonest and unreliable company. I purchased a scanning electron microscope which was explicitly advertised to include 48 filaments—an essential component for its operation. Only 15 filaments were delivered, and 9 of those were broken, leaving me with just 6 usable filaments. Despite providing photographic evidence and sending multiple follow-ups, CAE has completely failed to resolve the issue or even respond.
