Rental home wasn't up to fire code, was missing an extinguisher, fire alarms hadn't been reset and the house didn't have a carbon monoxide detector.
I agree with Harriet reviews about unprofessional dealing. It's taking me days and so many emails to correct a pro-rated rent they have inflated on purpose with all kinds of lousy excuses. Borderline theft. They contradict the numbers written in their own signed contract. If you don't double check their accounting, they will screw you. They are still trying to screw me even after I pointed out the mistake to them several times.
I’ve been renting from these people for over 3 years now. Never any issues and Marlena is WONDERFUL!!
Disreputable company! Wildly unprofessional and concerning behavior. Property manager will menace you with threats and inappropriate phone calls. Marlena is abusive. The office knows this.... They use her as a scapegoat to perform all of their illegal, misleading, and aggressive contact. Untrustworthy! I would be embarrassed to work here. I highly doubt the broker service could be any better.
