I've been going to Caduceus for 6 months as a patient of NP Rivera. She is excellent- kind, smart, and listens to my concerns. I have complex medical problems and she has given me several very good referrals. Reception and medical assistants have also been terrific.
Absolutely the worst medical office I’ve ever dealt with. The only reason I’ve remained with them is because of my insurance assignment, but I should have made a change a long time ago. Today I arrived within the 15-minute grace period for my appointment, only to be turned away—despite explaining that I had even changed a flight to make it. Ironically, I’ve routinely had to wait over an hour every time I’ve shown up on time for previous appointments, yet they refuse to accommodate me for being 10 minutes late. Dr sobral was nice enough but they kept messing up my mri refferal and I legit in 8 months and 3 different times of going in for mri have yet to get it done. And the worst part is despite me sending like 10 messages expressing concern over how long it's taking there was ZERO sense of urgency to correct mistake and I would be ghosted for weeks at a time and when they finally did reply it was something useless like we try to reply within 2 days.
