Horrible services by the front office staff. In particularly crystal. The doctors amazing , just have to replace the few bad people who answer calls or check u in .
This is the worse location of Caduceus since of all the locations. I used Caduces as my primary care MD 14 years. This location ruined it all, It is not the MD it's the staff. They’re the most dysfunctional and illogical medical staff. I have ever encountered. I’ve started off about six years at the Laguna Beach clinic. It was wonderful, but then it got too busy. I’m so tired of this place, first bone density. They were supposed to submit the form so that I could get the x-ray done and make my appointment and they call me to tell me they never received the doctors form. Kept calling my insurance, which was on point could not reach the center. It took so much effort just to get that form submitted to the hospital. Then I go for an MRI. Dr. Sobral has been my primary care provider for years. He is an amazing doctor and I love how modernized his office is. Each room is themed and the patient portal is very easy to use. The reason I’m giving 3 stars versus 5 is because there is no way to call the actual office. When you call the number you get sent through to a call center and sometimes it takes up to 30-45 minutes to talk to an agent. Impossible to reach the front office without an excessively long wait. Worst experience with a PA at this location - billed myself and my insurance for an appointment where 0 care was given. After 4 appointments wasn’t helped in the slightest.
