I called 2 weeks ago requesting the referral that was pending, their answer was they just need an order not a referral so they had to ask the provider for it (already wasted two weeks) I asked for a call back with no response, I call back and they said they had mailed it , no bother to calling me back . I speak to manager to see if this is the way the office runs she said well if you’d like to take your services elsewhere. There's a reason they have open appointments here...and it's not because everyone is clamouring over one another and lining up for exemplary medical services Scheduled an appointment with their neurology practioner due to worsening migraines. Arrived several weeks later to perhaps one of the most rundown offices I've ever visited - outdated / nonexistent equipment (they weigh you using the equivalent of a bathroom scale) and rickety furniture. The staff is friendly enough, but I always run into issues here. Do yourself a favor and choose a different office
