I reached out to owner Neil Cadman for a consult to try and get some advice on an apartment building that my family was looking to sell to try and figure out the right timing and strategy to get the best results. He provided us with data insights and experienced answers that only someone who has personal experience as an investor, broker and property manager could provide. Super grateful, took his advice and we had excellent results.
I've contacted to schedule appointments to view their units and every time I have they give me a date 2 months away even if the unit says available. Terrible management
I applied for an apartment (1200-1210 3720th E, Long Beach, CA 90805) never heard from them. I try contacting them in so many ways. There phone alway lead me same option. Then I try contact the person from Zillow and they told me someone will reach me and never did and it about to be a whole month. Save your money and apartment still up on Zillow!!!
Untrustworthy. This grease trap of a company (especially Grace) is unprofessional and unreliable. Dealing with them is akin to dealing with worms. I will never rent from them for as long as I live.
