Worst management company ever. From CEO Niel Cadman down to onsite managers Barron, his father, and Norma Marron . they only care about money, not tenants. The property 1200 - 1240 E 52 nd st Long Beach is crawling with roaches and rodents, garbage areas are overflowing, and nothing gets cleaned or fixed. I've been dealing with a rat infestation in my building for a few months at 720 West Imperial, El Segundo. Myself I caught three in my kitchen with my own traps i set up. Im asking to change the 20+ year old carpet due to rat urin all over it snd and that got denied. Horrible managing company. Had to get the health department involved.

I've contacted to schedule appointments to view their units and every time I have they give me a date 2 months away even if the unit says available. Terrible management
