04-26-24 My first visit here with my 2022 XT5. As we all know dealer service is expensive. But if you have a car that has some level of technology involved (as most new cars have), it might behoove you to use the dealership. In this case the cost of the services I needed did not cost too much more than if I had used an outside service shop. The fact that the dealership is familiar with my model's needs outweighs the small extra cost. A little attempt at upsell, but not too much pressure. Need a roof?
