awful experience! George Braun attempted to sell me a used car at full sticker price even though the car was less expensive on their website at an interest rate of 8% even though I have great credit. We were far apart on what I could afford for a monthly payment and what he said was his "best deal". When I budged on my monthly payment, he said he could get there. Truly an amazing place! This is a cluster of dealerships for all sorts of cars, from Hondas to Hummers! We went there to check out some different cars for my daughter to buy and we discovered something that I thinks is pretty unique. After we had seen the Hondas and taken a test drive, we went back a few days later and visited the building for Nissan. The salesman was very friendly and helpful, as was everyone we met. Bought my car there I purchased my car at Acura of Turnersville. They have always been very professional. The Acura RL is the best car that I have ever owned. They are class organization.
They Have "Day Makers" in the Service Dept. My experience was with the service department. Mr. Magee helped me today and really made my experience worthwhile. I wasn't having the best day and they were booked for a Saturday morning. He was able to find me a spot at the end of the day just before closing and had a few people stay later to finish it. Very nice guy and Cari, the cashier was nice as well. Thanks Acura!!
