Service department is the worst I called with a concern they never returned the call i brought the car in for an issue they scheduled a repair almost a month later and left me driving a car with no turn signals to drive my family around in poor attitudes the kind of ppl you want to avoid argumentative instead of helpful again if their were any alternative dealer in tucson i would go there please think about who you do business with
Polite staff. Set up driver to drop me off where I wanted to go while my car was serviced. Sent driver to pick me up when my car was ready.
John was a huge help to us! We needed brakes worked on & he got us in quickly He accomodated our need for a loaner car because of an appointment I had, he called the afternoon of the appointment just to see how things went. Our car has been running like a top and they had it clean when we got there to pick it up!! I'll buy my next car from Royal Cadillac!
