He went out if his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We love our car. I really appreciated his help. We will buy here again.

I hate leaving a bad review, but I am not sure what else to do. My husband and I purchased a 2024 Cadillac February 9th. We paid cash and asked to use our GM points. We were told we would get the title papers "in about two weeks, because it doesn't take long when you pay cash" We were also told they would be sending a check "right away" with our $2000 worth of GM points. Well here it is 2 months later and no title papers and no check for our points. I called about 4 weeks ago and was told the papers would be here in 2 weeks.... read more
