Disappointing Experience with Vehicle Purchase When I came in to look at the Toyota Highlander on your lot, it took me less than an hour to decide I wanted to purchase it. I had only a few reasonable requests before finalizing the sale: • Touch up on the driver’s door handle • Fix the noise coming from the back seat. • Remove the dealership logo sticker. • Lubricate the electronic power liftgate, which was making a strange noise. My husband and I bought a new cadillac here in February. We had some issues with getting our paperwork. Once Mr. Boerema got involved, everything was taken care of.
