Let me say, it takes a village to sell me a truck and make me happy, Andy, Julian, Dennis and an assist from Brad and Dennis Kriegler, this crew took very good care of us from internet sales, trade ins, finance, on site sales and after the deal was done, the next day we had left the wrong key with our trade another salesman took total care of us early (before posted hours). courteous sales,do your homework,prices for used cars are over market prices,they don't tell you what model your looking at ,3 different models of srx.Do your homework!

Went in to buy a new or low mile used Cadillac XTS. The selection as poor and they wanted me to buy a used XTS with scratches all over it. That vehicle should of never been on their lot. Instead they had me drive what I did not want an ATS and a CTS, this is not what the customer wanted. I was not given the consideration or time of day. I requested if they could search for the vehicle I want at other dealerships and they gave me no response.
