The Service I received was terrible, I took my father in law to this dealership for help on a saturday . He is originally from out of state but visiting for 6 months. While here he got a huge bolt in the right front tire. He had purchased the extra Rim and tire insurance when he began his 3 year lease In his home state. Its suppose to be good anywhere. Good conversation to your understanding, Fast help, shuttle offered, no stress
Made an appointment for an oil change that took 2 and a half hours. When I questioned it I was made to feel like this is the norm but that wasn’t relayed to me when I made the “appointment”. I had 6 people ahead of me. My tire pressure light has been on since my visit after a rotation service. They dropped something in my coolant tank they spent another 15 minutes trying to fish out. The service rep I dealt with had no idea how to diffuse my frustration so instead he just laughed at me.
