The service was great as usual.
I had my first oil change/tire rotation and it took too long, 1hr and 30 mins.
This has to be the worst service department I have ever dealt with. I had a transmission replaced in February. Drove it home and the same issue continued. They advised I drive it another 500 miles for everything to sync, still the same issue. I reached out to the service department, waited for 2 months for a callback. Spoke to the service manager, waited 2 weeks for a callback on next steps. I called back to find out the person was no longer employed.
