This dealership is completely out of touch with market reality. Tried to negotiate pricing on a courtesy vehicle—one that’s already been well used— beyond what anyone would consider new and they were combative and dismissive toward any informed discussion about fair market value. Instead of working with knowledgeable buyers, they seem to bank on customers who don’t do their research. If you value transparency and reasonable pricing, look elsewhere.

My 2024 CT5V was pulling left and right. After several wasted hours and money paying for 'service' that didn't resolve the issue, Holly relayed the service supervisor said my tired were cupped and that I needed to drive for another 30 days or so to resolve the issue. I waited the month, the car is still pulling left and right. I texted Holly. No response. I sent and email to the service supervisor. No response. This Business has been terrible to deal with. We bought a New Cadillac Escalade for my wife last year. The service department is a Joke they promised to replace a broken screen for us. 12 months later we still don’t have the screen. Getting ahold of anyone is insanely hard. Customer Service SUCKS. Take your business anywhere else, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID UPDATE (Chad) has got our screen on the way and has finally taken matters in his own hands and I’m very happy to finally be getting this resolved.
