I was in for service, they took great care of me and my Escalade. I came in for an oil change and was greeted with a smile. While my truck was being serviced I walked around the lot to look at all the new inventory. Even though they are still under construction, they have done great with what space they have to work with.
I contacted Cadillac of Memphis service department because my key was stuck in the ignition in the "accessory" position. Even though I had just replaced the battery in June 2025, being stuck in the "accessory" position was definitely going to drain my battery if I didn't get it fixed right away!
