I recently visited Cadillac of Memphis, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Being the only Cadillac dealership within 100 miles of Memphis, they seem to exploit their monopoly by providing poor service and showing little regard for their customers. When I went in for assistance, not only was I told that any service or repair would take weeks to months, but the staff repeatedly asked me why I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them—as if that should justify the subpar treatment I received.
