Extremely disappointing experience. I had high hopes coming into this dealership, but the customer service was shockingly poor from the start. The staff was unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in rushing through the process than actually assisting me. What made things worse was the dishonesty during pricing negotiations. Trying to schedule an appointment online is terrible. I haven’t been able to schedule online for over a year. Why remodel if the service is terrible. Please fix the service part because people will travel to get what they like.

I visited their lot today to test drive a Lyriq because it’s by far the vehicle that I’m most interested in for my next purchase.
