I have a Cadillac SRX. The infotainment (CUE) system is notorious for having issues, After my problem was diagnosed, they ordered a NEW CUE system. It arrived the next day. I took my car back in, and in less than 3 hours, I had a brand new infotainment GPS system, with a 2yr no mileage 100% warranty. Cadillac of West Sahara in Las Vegas has always provided stellar service, they may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. 👍👍
