Service is always great at Cadillac of Las Vegas with Britten. I highly recommend them.
Jacob was so friendly and answered my questions. He made sure I was in and out quickly even though it was a busy day for them.
Darnell Ray helmed my XT5’s servicing with professional expertise. He made sure I was comfortable with the work he suggested and he checked back in when the day became longer than anticipated. He explained what was done and why when he presented me with my sparkling clean and serviced car. I couldn’t be happier with Mr. Roy and the service he provided at Cadillac of Las Vegas West.
Ray was very thorough and attentive. He provided excellent response time and was very courteous and professional. The vehicle was brought in on Tuesday morning and was ready for pickup on Thursday morning. Jason is the man!
