I came in for the 15,000 mile service and an oil change. My service advisor Ray was great. My only complaint would be the cost to replace the cabin air filter. The filter is only around $20, but it cost $113 and change for the filter and the install which in reality only took about a total of 10 minutes. I fully understand that this is in no way Ray's fault, but come on Cadillac, do better.
My service was exceptional . Ray provided me great service. He was very thorough in getting my car repaired.
