I purchased a used car from this dealer the sales agent was great. The finance lady was very rude, I was paying cash for the car and she highly implied I was writing a bad check. Then I go pick up my car and it has trouble starting. The sales agent had the service center look at it and they said nothing was wrong with it and the battery was in perfect working order (after they had 3 separate mechanics check the battery) but it clearly had a bad or low battery and barely would crank over. Use caution when shopping this Dealership. After negotiating pricing on-line and by phone, they will put "add-ons" once you get there. I traveled over 100 miles after making a deal. Once I got there, they changed the price and added to the contract. In addition, the vehicle was not ready. It was a used escalade and it was not cleaned or detailed from the previous owner. What I find most interesting and possibly fraudulent is the upsell while you are in finance for "PermaPlate". They put that into the contract at the very end... read more
Unprofessional, Root, and Dishonest, you can trust them !! specifically Harry Panosian the GM. I went there to buy a 2021 escalade sport package according to their MSRP price was $103K. Harry was going to charge an additional $2600 to MSRP for additional dealer adds???!! I said to him " all the options are part of the MSRP ! " Harry said, " No, this is a dealer that we did add, which is an addition to MSRP." I said, " what is it? " Harry said, " GPS." I said, " What is is GPS?" I want to be sure he is referring to GPS.
