Amazing gem, I didn’t reserve, showed up last minute and the beautiful people running the place had me in with open arms in minutes, I got into my room instantly with no issues. Talk about the rooms too, amazing vibe had to take photos because for the price it’s so worth it!!!!! 10/10

Walked in the room-got a wif of cigarette smell. Ants crawling everywhere. Checked underneath the bed, there was a whole family of ants. Told the front desk lady and she said because we used 3rd party app to book the reservation, she can’t issue a refund and we have to contact them. The 3rd party app said thats not true the people at the hotel is responsible for all payment refunds. And apparently they’re trying to contact the hotel to give us a refund but the lady is refusing. It's so close to everything. The staff are right there if I needed anything. I parked my car right outside my door, it beats parking in some basement and dragging luggage up some elevator. The rooms are very nice and clean, with new beds and furniture. Five minute walk to attractions and ten minutes walk to the falls. There are restaurants, bars, the Ferris wheel and Skylon Tower right there. The two different casinos are also very close by.
