This is a TER-RI-BLE place to take Your Cadillac. I went there months ago bc the driver's window on My Eldorado wouldn't go down. I took it to them, paid like two or three hundred to fix it, went home and they both stopped working! So I took it back again, now mind you this is on the OPPOSITE side of Atlanta from Me, and they charge me another two or $300 and not only does the driver side window still not work but the passenger side also doesn't work now! Good attention, clear information, good service for a Cadillac car.
I purchased a 2006 Cadillac XLR in 2020. I have had an experience to say the least with this car. The Northstar and the XLR are finicky cars to work on. I truly know. I have battled mine since I bought it. Mechanically. My experience with Randy's has been fantastic. From the 1st time I walked through the doors at Randy's Cadillac.
