I called Randy’s Cadillac and said to the customer service agent what my issue was she said we can take of it and quoted me a price ! I had it towed to the shop and it was repaired the same day! Excellent service from the phone call to the repair! Horace Wyatt 2011 DTS
They did very shabby work. I had to take my Caddy back three Times and it still isn't right. AND they actually had the nerve to be rude. That woman at the front desk should not be in customer service. There are much better places to take your Cadillac.

This is a TER-RI-BLE place to take Your Cadillac. I went there months ago bc the driver's window on My Eldorado wouldn't go down. I took it to them, paid like two or three hundred to fix it, went home and they both stopped working! So I took it back again, now mind you this is on the OPPOSITE side of Atlanta from Me, and they charge me another two or $300 and not only does the driver side window still not work but the passenger side also doesn't work now!
