Organized. Lot is spacious and porta potty is clean. Angie, the silo operator is pleasant to deal with also.
Lady in the scale house consistently gives more Asphalt than asked for. Hill in the back for dumping is requiring a mountain grade sign because of how steep it is. I feel like a four-year-old could design a better traffic system than what is currently going on here. For a brand new complex this place is a nightmare.
