There is so much more to The Y than I knew before. The programs a services and community outreach is amazing and I am so blessed and grateful to work for such an amazing organization. The teen impact program is one of the coolest things I think the have. I wish they had this awesome tool for our youth when I was a teen
Cardio Splash exercises in the pool keep me moving with less pain and more flexibility. It's the one exercise I do that helps rather than increases my arthritis pain level. I can tailor the exercises the fit that day's discomfort level. I'm so glad we have the Y in Cadillac.
We love the y.m.c.a! Use the work out room all the time! Looking forward to trying a yoga class soon!
