I love the YMCA for many reasons, first and foremost being the trainers. I've met with Maria for my orientation and now today for my health assesment. She is wonderful! My problem is the lack of room to meet with clients in private for their health assesment. When we were rudely kicked out of one room, we ended up in the women's locker room to finish. The Cadillac Y is a awesome place for fitness, swimming n the staff r wonder people n great place to meet new people
I've enjoyed using the YMCA for basketball, volleyball, pool aerobics, dance classes like zumba and BAM, and my new favorite activity.... pickleball! So much fun in one place :-) Thank you to the awesome staff for being so helpful and fun!
