Good for those without a primary care doctor, or those who need care urgently without the wait to get into the doctor. Very nice doctors, wait times are usually not too long.
Staff could be friendly and show a little kindess..lady at door that took temp was rude as if we were bothering her.
I fully understand that no medical professional can know about or understand every medical condition there is. That said, these people and their unwillingness to listen to a patient that has been dealing with a condition for more than 40 years is unacceptable. Zero understanding, patience or empathy. Just "take these pills, pay your bill and be on your way". FYI.... CLUSTER HEADACHE IS NOT A MIGRAINE.
Presented for ashthma attack & COPD flare with mask on. Symptoms are similar to Covid but I explained I was not Covid positive. I was refused treatment, summarily "shooed" away & told to go elsewhere. Not an ounce of empathy or medical professionalism! Will never seek treatment from this facility again!
Wow this place is expensive. Had to wait 2 hours to see a PA and then was charged $279 to cut a tiny piece of my toenail off. I was astonished. What a rip off. The staff was very friendly but what a huge amount to charge for a small service. I am literally sick over this and will never go back
