Cadia Crossing was a phenomenal place to live as we were new to AZ and Gilbert. Great location, quiet, clean, great gym/pool and responsive staff. Holly and Leanne were especially helpful, and accommodated an early lease buy out for us as we moved into a home, and I have nothing but great things to say, we’ll miss living here.
The community is beautifully maintained, and the resort-style pool, fitness center, and outdoor lounge areas make it feel like a luxury retreat. The management team, especially Austin, has been outstanding—always friendly, professional, and quick to address any concerns. Overall, I highly recommend Cadia Crossing to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in Gilbert. It’s a fantastic place to call home, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice!
I have lived here for two years and have had nothing but an exceptional experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and efficient - particularly Tony who responded to a service request within 2 minutes! Cadia is a wonderful place to live and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to move into Gilbert.

We recently moved across country and toured several apartments before making a decision. Cadia Crossing was hands down the best. Not only does it have great amenities (if you’re like us & into fitness, the 2 story gym will not disappoint!) but the staff we’ve dealt with were amazing. We had a ton of questions because we just wanted it to be the best fit & Austin made sure to address everything quickly.
