I want to start by saying that I’m a resident who has lived here for along time, I have seen some changes for the good and I have seen some changes for the bad. I was without a dishwasher since the 7th of this month, the maintenance crew Jim and Tim were so wonderful with diagnosing the issue, getting me a new one and installing it. They really just were amazing and so awesome to have, I've never been more relieved to see anyone in my life. Thank you guys, and know I owe you both a ziti bake!
My daughter lives on the property. In December her roommate attempted to pay the tent and was told the December rent had already been paid. He told my daughter what he was told so she called the office and told the staff they had not paid their rent and asked him to double check the records, there must be a mistake. He insisted they checked the record and in fact they had a 200 dollar credit on the account. They tried to pay the rent twice and the office refused to take the payment. Pluses: • Pretty quiet area and good location. The complex and amenities are nice. • Quiet overall; we didn’t hear our neighbors, which was really pleasant. • No issues with pests. • The complex is usually pretty clean (though there’s some dog poop here and there, but that’s on the residents not cleaning up after their pets). Minuses: • Good luck getting your deposit back. Cadia Crossing was a phenomenal place to live as we were new to AZ and Gilbert. Great location, quiet, clean, great gym/pool and responsive staff. Holly and Leanne were especially helpful, and accommodated an early lease buy out for us as we moved into a home, and I have nothing but great things to say, we’ll miss living here.
