Have a few of these units in a house we just bought and they work great. Contacted support to get a part number for a blank cover plate after I converted to a wall mounted thermostat and they are sending me out one for free. Fantastic customer service. Will look for you products in the future.

Just upgraded the first of 5 baseboard heaters in the house. After much research, we opted for the SoftHeat. Love the slim profile and efficiency! Worth the extra money for a great product.
