Better customer service. Been on hold for over an hour.
There actually pretty rude in the small pack/truck load area. 2 girls that work small pack actually are huge bullies and like to get Temporary job workers fired. The actual company works on HE SAY SHE SAY. Fired people for no real actual reason. This place is actually disgusting! As a WHOLE. I was treated like garbage by this company, bullied by staff members and employees. Once I took 2 days off to get a doctors note. They let people write NON PROOF STATMENTS to get folks fired, underpaid over worked.
We have bought 5 of the Cadet Soft heat baseboard heaters as our house is all electric and we thought it may help with the dry heat in the winter. 3 of them were purchased in 2004 then 2 a few years afterwards. We loved them up until winter this year . Turned the heaters on and within about a week the first one blew a hole in the tube, liquid all over the place. Bought a new one to replace it. Such a wonderful company! We've been so happy with our heaters and recently had an issue with one of our wall units. My husband called to find out about fixing our wall heater and your customer service sent us a brand new heater! I can't tell you how much this means to us and how thankful we are !
Top notch products & support. Very courteous & professional from the start. Extremely knowledgeable & friendly staff. I'm a customer for life!! Thanks Cadet Heat~
