My experience with Cadence Physical Therapy has been great!! When I first went to Cadence I had lower back pain which was making me difficult to stand even for half an hour to do house chores. Bending and lifting even a carton of milk was painful. But, I started feeling better only after two visits. Dr. Nelli Ban is very experienced. I was very pleased to be connected with Cadence Physical and Dr. Nelli. After just two sessions of great strengthening exercises I saw signifiant improvement in eliminating back and sciatica nerve pain. In my experience, I find Dr. Nelli competent but most importantly, caring and very accommodating. I am glad my physician referred me to her practice. I am happy to recommend Dr. Nelli's practice with no reservation.
