RecommendedThere's a lot of value in having a physical therapist who understands, firsthand, the challenges and mindset of an endurance athlete. That's what you get with Charlie. He can appreciate your goals and objectives, and will work with you to help you achieve them. Without Charlie, I don't think I would have completed Western States 100, or even made it to the starting line. Thanks, Charlie!
RecommendedI love Charlie! But don't tell his wife! :) He is the best-I recommend him to all my friends who need help with their running or continuous injuries. He is so positive and the fact that he is a tri athlete just makes it all the better. Who else can understand your obsession but someone who has been there, and done that?
