Called to ask questions wanted to talk and ask questions to sales person about $500 saddle . wanted to push me to bike fitter by email rather than answer my questions. I was ready to buy!!! Just had a fit 60 days ago. They didn’t listen to me there loss.
Honestly, I was skeptical about getting a bike fit. I thought I had bought a bike that was one size too big and wasn’t sure how much a fitting would actually help. Matt agreed that the bike might be slightly too large, but after the fitting, all of my angles were in the green—and the bike felt 1000x better. I’d say even if you’re not a serious cyclist and just ride for fun or feel uncomfortable while riding, a fitting is totally worth it. I paid $125 dollars for them to create problems my bike didn't have when I dropped it off for a tune up. They don't know what they're doing and create more issues than they solve
Skip this place. Brought in 2 bikes for a tune up and both came back with problems. One had the rear wheel out of tune. Second had the rear derailer skipping. For the price they charge, you'd think they at least do a good job...
