RUDE from the moment I arrived - treated our group like an inconvenience. Bike mechanic tried sending me off without even LOOKING at the bike problem. There’s lots of other bike shops near by. Many of which are much more welcoming.
Matt and his gang of mechanics, techs, and sales people are the best in town. Stellar fitting skills with some complementary follow up adjustments was a huge green flag. The team got my brake rotors centered in no time after I wrenched around for an hour to no avail. Matt even gave me some complimentary KT tape for my achilles during a shop visit for my PR ride. It's cheesy to say, but they really don't make shops like this one anymore. Keep up the good fight guys.

As a novice cyclist and first-time triathlete, I was honestly a little intimidated because I don’t know much about bikes or bike fitting. Matt immediately put me at ease. I popped into Cadence this weekend with a broken brake caliper. Even though they didn’t have of the hard to find part, Brady and his team spent a lot of time with me to help me identify and find what I needed in other competing bike shops. (Thank you - after contacting many shops, I finally got it fixed). They did this out of kindness. Over the years, I have previously had 2 fittings. Brady is an expert at getting the perfect fit.
