I am very disappointed with the service that I received here. I dropped off my bike for a basic tune-up about 2 weeks ago. When I was at the shop, I asked what the price of the tune up would be and I was told $125. The person working told me that they could replace my chain for me since it was rusty, but said that after looking at it, it wasn't necessary. Cadence is such a fantastic bike shop, in particular because of their deep knowledge and experience with bike fitting, the thoughtful care with which they treat their customers, the skill of their mechanics, and their commitment to the community. I have had a great experience with everyone at Cadence Cycling! Kiyoshi and Nico helped me fix my bike and learn how to do some routine maintenance. I also had a bike fitting done with Matt that was critical to improving my ride comfort. I highly recommend this shop!

I am the manager at the Mr. Storage next to Cadence. For two years bikers come over to complain that our separate parking lot is not ‘easily accessible’ for them because of cars parked by a spacing in the guardrails between said parking lots. After a car in my parking lot was marked up by bikers I walked over to Cadence to ask if they knew who the tagged group was / to see if they could ask their bikers to not drive through my parking lot as several bikers have been hit in my separated parking lot before by cars.
